How we hire

What we look for.

No formal job board yet — we hire small, deliberately, and through direct conversation. The four areas where we're actively expanding:

  1. 01 — Engineering

    Custody, settlement, and platform engineering.

    Distributed systems, key-management, blockchain integrations, API design. We work in TypeScript, Go, and Rust on Vercel + AWS infrastructure. Vilnius and Toronto.

  2. 02 — Compliance & risk

    Regulatory, AML, KYB, and policy.

    EU MiCA framework expertise, Canadian FINTRAC reporting, FATF Travel Rule operations, on-chain analytics. Lithuanian or Canadian regulatory practice background a plus.

  3. 03 — Institutional sales

    Front-line for banks, treasurers, and asset managers.

    Institutional finance background. Comfortable explaining MPC custody to a Tier-1 bank treasurer and explaining regulatory frameworks to a CIO. Multilingual a plus.

  4. 04 — Operations

    Settlements, treasury operations, client onboarding.

    Run the day-to-day of a regulated custodian. Reconciliation, NAV reporting, KYB processing, audit liaison. Capital markets back-office background ideal.
